Carol Crawford-Jones offers lessons to strengthen computer skills. Although a basic class could occur for up to 5 participants at a time, one-on-one meetings might be more productive. Lessons will be scheduled based on interest.
One 40 minute lesson should cover the basics in Microsoft Office Assistance/Word and basic Excel utilization. To participate, you’ll need: -either a MAC or PC computer with Office installed -a prepared list of what you hope to learn. Some examples of what could be covered- 1. Basic Formatting 2. Cut and Paste 3. Format Painter 4. Lists, Column, and Table creation 5. Importing from data sources in Word or Excel 6. Labels, return addresses or Mailing Lists 7. Mail Merge 8.
