This group provides emotional and mental support for adults in our congregation who are caring for other adults, including aging or ill parents, spouses or other loved ones. Navigating the challenges and transitions that occur with aging and illness is often stressful and overwhelming. The goal of this group is to listen compassionately and share tips and techniques for handling the challenges and sometimes delicate situations arising in the season of life.

We meet the first Monday of every month at 7 pm on ZOOM. All meetings are confidential.
