Weekly Altar Flowers Request

​If you would like to have flowers at the altar In Memory of or In Thanksgiving for on a particular Sunday, you may make the request online using the form below, in person or via email.  Please include the memorial information along with the specific date you are requesting.    Emailed information should be sent to [email protected].  Please use Altar Flowers in the subject line.  A suggested donation of $40 per memorial/occasion is requested though any amount is appreciated.
