WE CARE – Put Your Faith in Action

WE CARE is a pastoral in-reach program designed to assist parishioners when they occasionally find themselves in need of some extra care. At one time or another, we all need help from others, whether it is for a single incident or for long-term support. WE CARE can help with things like rides to appointments, child care, meals, friendly visits or encouraging notes.
 
To request for assistance, contact Liz Cannizzaro at [email protected] or Susan Kane at [email protected] and they will communicate with their team of Angels to find a volunteer who can help.
