We have a beautiful building. This is, in large part, because the Property team works every day to oversee the entire facility, including the buildings and grounds, to keep it functioning and operating in excellent condition.
 
The team schedules routine maintenance such as lawn and tree care, winterization, septic system & pumping, and other outside maintenance. Inside the building there is care of floors, windows, heating/cooling system, water systems, trash hauling, and insuring necessary permits are in place. They also ensure maintenance expenses are adequately supported in the budget. This team often handles smaller maintenance issues themselves.
 
When contractors are hired for specific jobs, the Property Team identifies needs, scopes the job, finds qualified, licensed and insured contractors, obtains bids, awards the contract, and oversees implementation.
