This CHS Annual Meeting is held in late January when the congregation gathers as a whole body to act on matters of parish life. The Annual Meeting process is defined in the bylaws to complete activities identified here.
  • Elect vestry members and delegates to diocesan conventions and convocations
  • Review that parish budget (which will be approved by the vestry)
  • Receive reports on activities of the parish that occurred during the prior year.
  • Adopt or revise bylaws.
  • Discuss major issues that affect the congregation’s direction and future. conventions.
