You're invited to join the Holy Spirit Sangha on Wednesdays during Advent, November 15 - December 20, from 7:00-7:45 PM in the sanctuary for Mindfulness Meditation in the Plum Village Tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Together we practice silent sitting meditation, walking meditation, a brief reading or teaching, and a few minutes for optional sharing from the heart (dharma sharing) with the group. In this Advent season of waiting, we practice slowing down, listening, and re-connecting our minds and bodies. No experience needed; No registration or signup. If you'd like to sit on a cushion and mat (or folded towel or yoga mat), please bring one from home. Chairs will also be available if that's more comfortable.
