Educated by Tara Westover
Dear friends, Because of the many concerns about the coronavirus, I am wondering if we should postpone our meeting next Sunday to discuss, "Educated." At first, I thought we could come to CHS and meet, as there is not a big group. However, I'm reconsidering that idea, and I'd like to reschedule our discussion for later in April. However, I will need the books to return to the library.
If you agree with rescheduling, could you please bring your copies to CHS sometime this coming week (March 16-20), and I'll return them.
Tara Westover was seventeen the first time she set foot in a classroom. Born to survivalists in the mountains of Idaho, she prepared for the end of the world by stockpiling home-canned peaches. In the summer she stewed herbs for her mother, a midwife and healer, and in the winter she salvaged in her father’s junkyard.
