Children's Communion Class

Tuesdays, February 7 - March 7th,  4 - 5 pm (Note the change of dates!)

All children ages 7-8 are invited to join Fr. Philip and Deacon Dot for a fun 5 week class to learn about Holy Eucharist.  Older children who have not completed this series are welcome to join in.  In the Episcopal Church, we do not celebrate "first communions," but have found it helpful to have a short series for our young ones to learn specifically about why we celebrate the Lord's Supper, the meaning of the elements, and how Episcopalians practice the rite.  The children get to spend quality time with Fr. Phil and Deacon Dot.  The Communion Class will run on Tuesdays from February 7 through March 7th from 4 to 5 pm in the St. Julian room.  A celebration of the completion of the class will be held on a Sunday at the 10 am service.
