Parishioners are welcome to engage in a gratitude practice available in the narthex. The children have been making hand ornaments and the teens have assembled the tree and have provided star ornaments to add your own gratefulness ornaments as a physical demonstration for our collective gratitude. Ask the children which hand is theirs!

This fall our children wrote more comforting letters to We Care recipients, heard the gospel and created Lego interpretations, and traced their hands and wrote what they are grateful for to make glittery ornaments for the parish gratitude tree. 

As advent begins, we will prepare to hear the story of the birth of Jesus and welcome the parish to add their own gratitude ornaments to the collective tree.
